“ We had the pleasure of having Rhys As our server on Sunday 25 May for dinner. Immediately he was friendly, engaging, happy and proud to be working at turtle Jack’s. You could just tell. He took our orders efficiently with a big smile and even shared a joke that went right over my head that my two companions had to explain to me when he left. I just landed from being overseas for two weeks and Rhys’ Outstanding customer service was the right anecdote for a long journey! You should be proud to have him as a loyal employee! ”

“ We come to this location for dinner pretty often. I can only order two things on this menu as a vegan, but have still been able to have an awesome dinner each and every time. The coconut curry is fabulous (make sure to ask for nacho chips instead of the naan if you're vegan), and the beyond burger is always grilled to perfection (check with them about the mayo and the bun they have if you're vegan). Awesome atmosphere inside and on the patio, though I prefer how quiet the patio is in the warmer months. ”
“ I invited a friend for lunch to get together and catch up. We met at the Turtle Jack's in Waterdown. We both decided on getting the chicken fingers tossed in BBQ sauce with sweet potato fries. It comes with some delicious dipping sauce and side a coleslaw. The portion is a good size and I was full. The service is great and the staff are friendly. This is a great restaurant chain and I have enjoyed their chicken wings on a separate visit. I would recommend having lunch or dinner here. Great for a night out or celebrating a birthday day. ”

“ We were served by Joe on the evening of Feb 21, 2025 around 8pm. We have hardly had a dine in experience that compared to this - in the best possible way. Joe was constantly making sure to refill our water - we didn’t even have to ask! He always checked in on our table. He really listened and understood an allergy in our party and made sure to take cross contamination into account, which doesn’t always happen, so it made us feel very safe. Not to mention, Joe had such a friendly energy and even gave us a few great laughs! We felt like we were being served by a friend. We hope Joe’s manager sees this and gives him the recognition he deserves, because waiting tables is not an easy job, especially during a dinner rush. We were incredibly impressed by the service here and hope we have the pleasure of having Joe as our server again one day. We will be driving in from Hamilton to dine at this location from now on! ”
“ Very cozy and sweet vibe in this location. As soon as we walked in, we got a booth and noticed the view of the fireplace with a dining room full of happy groups of people. Our server Joe welcomed us with great charisma and jokes. We all ordered, and while it was busy, we did not wait long, and Joe took amazing care of us with full drinks and checking in and cracking jokes. Overall, very wonderful experience at this location. Highly recommend the Waterdown Jack's! Also, the food at Turtle Jack's is always dynamite, no matter what location you go to but that's just our opinion ;) ”
